Gluten allergies can be one of the most difficult allergies to manage. Holly Heath, a personal chef, has developed a great set of essential baking recipes that are gluten-free and still satisfy your taste buds and your family’s menu plans. This hands-on class will help you develop your own methods of cooking gluten-free while allowing you to sample a variety of flours and grains. Class is informal with time for questions and tips. MENU: Gluten-Free Flatbread/Pizza Crust; Quinoa Salad; Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies; and Gluten-Free Cheese Crackers.
